In ten years, I see myself as a psychologist who specializes in helping people with autism, like my siblings. Growing up with siblings who are on the autism spectrum has given me a unique view of the challenges and joys that come with it. This personal experience drives my desire to help others who are in similar situations. I plan to use my understanding and skills to support families and individuals, making their journeys a little easier. By focusing on autism, I want to offer tailored advice and therapies that really make a difference in their daily lives. My career will not just be about helping my siblings but also about helping others find strength and support through their challenges. With dedication and compassion, I plan to make a positive and lasting impact in the field of psychology and in the lives of families with autism.
Aside from my career, I also see myself making more connections but still keeping the friends I met along the way in touch and close to my heart. I see a bright future with them now and envision that in the future decade, all our plans and aspirations now have come true. They have also been a motive for me in choosing psychology as my dream career. With that, with every individual that seeks my help in the future, I would always be reminded of one of my goals: to not let my patients suffer the way we were now or back then. In the years to come, I aspire to further deepen my understanding of human behavior and contribute positively to mental health awareness. My journey in psychology is intertwined with the hope of creating a more compassionate and supportive world for everyone.
In a decade, I envision myself as a pillar of support for my family, reciprocating the immense sacrifices they've made for me. I aspire to provide them with a comfortable life and alleviate any financial burdens they may face. More than material assistance, I aim to be there for them emotionally, offering love, understanding, and companionship. This vision fuels my determination to work hard and achieve success, not just for myself but for the well-being and happiness of my loved ones.
